The Treasurer is the legal custodian of the funds Knollton uses to operate, and is responsible for keeping an up-to-date, accurate accounting of all receipts and payments related to Knollton Place.
Annual Accounting
At the close of each fiscal year (at Knollton Place, the calendar year), the Treasurer assembles an annual accounting of the previous year’s receipts and expenses and makes them available to residents here on the Knollton website and by request.
Proposed Annual Budget
On or before each annual meeting, the Treasurer distributes to each Knollton homeowner a proposed annual budget, outlining expected expenses for the coming fiscal year. The proposed budget determines the annual assessment amount and may also address any special assessments. The proposed annual budget is available here on the Knollton Place website and also by request.
